In order to ensure that sensitive information is protected all transcription work takes place in a secured environment. All of our staff follow strict security procedures, are bound by confidentiality agreements and undergo regular DBS checks.

Whilst working towards our ISO27001 accreditation in 2020/21 delayed due to the impact of the Covid pandemic, we have continued to implement supporting robust measures to ensure we protect our customers’ data. This means we are now well on our way to achieving the IASME accreditation whilst still working within and towards the ISO accreditation. The IASME Cyber Essentials accreditation gives customers the assurance that we are committed to data security and privacy.
We also recommend that our clients have their own auditors inspect our premises, wherever feasible, and this practice allows us to maintain a continuous improvement programme for our IT security systems.

Our checks don’t just stop there, they also include equipment checks to maintain our high-quality output, such as with our braille embossers, as faults can reduce print quality significantly.
