All Formats is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet and we will only use information that we collect from you lawfully. We believe that it is important you know how we treat the information about you that we receive on the Internet.

Who we are

All Formats is a commercial enterprise operating within and wholly owned by QAC Enterprises Limited, which in turn is wholly owned by Queen Alexandra College. Queen Alexandra College is a Registered Charity and its charity number is 1065794.

Why we may collect your data

If you make a request for further information or a quotation via the All Formats website, you will be asked to supply personal information so that we are able to respond to the request. Personal information is anything that enables us to identify you in some way, such as your name, telephone number, address or email address. The data will only be retained on the Web Servers as long as necessary in order to respond to your query.

If you supply any personal information, we are legally bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that it is only used for the purpose for which it was requested and also to ensure that the data is held securely.

We may collect and record information in order for us to understand more about how our site is used and in turn make sure that the site is tailored to suit your needs. Who we share information with

All Formats, unless otherwise disclosed, retains personal information that is obtained from visitors to the All Formats website. All Formats do not sell, transfer, rent or otherwise disclose any personal information to any third party, except where we are required by law to do so.

All Formats may from time to time need to use the services of an Internet Provider. For financial or technical reasons these may be sited outside of the European Economic Area. Use of data by the Internet Service Provider on behalf of All Formats is regulated and safeguarded by both international procedures and legal agreements to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. In particular, we wish to ensure that data is adequately protected in the Provider’s country of business, as obliged by the 8th Data Protection Principle.

Access to your information

You have the right to request a copy of any personal information that All Formats currently holds about you. Please email allformats@qac.ac.uk or write to All Formats, Queen Alexandra College, Court Oak Road, Harborne, Birmingham, B17 9TG. All Formats does not make a charge for supplying this information and will reply within 40 days of receipt of your request. It will help us to locate your records more easily if you can tell us something about the nature of your contact with All Formats. If any of the personal information held about you is inaccurate you have the right for it to be amended. We will correct any errors promptly when notified about them.

Notification of change of Privacy Policy

From time to time the All Formats Privacy Policy may be amended. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be displayed on this page. You are responsible for checking the current version of the Privacy Policy when you visit our site. If you do not agree with this policy, you should cease use of this site immediately.
